Collabs created years ago are still connected today
The leaders in your organisation know more about your business than anyone else, yet they have precious little time thinking about it together.
Collabs [formerly Drum] give your organisation's leaders the framework, space and opportunity to work through their real challenges, coming out of it refreshed and resourced.

Sometimes you don't need a coach or another workshop, you need each other, and what you can be to each other is immense.
Proven at Discovery Channel
I and my colleagues worked across EMEA in Discovery Channel from 2016 to 2020. What started as a pilot quickly got out of control (!) as people discovered the power of being in small groups of open skilled discussion and support.
Groups formed then still support each other ot this day and it changed how they lead their people. It was very cool.

68% of senior leaders say they have no trusted space to talk openly about challenges.
85% of new behaviours are retained when learning happens through peers rather than traditional training.
72% of leaders say peer groups make them clearer and more decisive

3 in 4 leaders who meet regularly with peers report feeling less isolated

"What is fascinating about our [Collab] is figuring out that we are all in the same boat, we have all our struggles with the system sometimes and the constraints we are operating within.
We were looking for answers together and it makes the whole place a lot more human I think by sharing."

Collabs work across companies too
Here's what one Collab [Drum] group said....
Discovery Channel needed to connect leaders across departments at the same level. Following acquisitions, the leadership community had grown rapidly, and cultural differences were creating silos. Leaders who were already stretched were finding it hard to inspire and motivate their teams when they themselves were running low.
After a Leader Collab (formerly DRUM) focus group, Discovery’s L&D team decided to launch the programme more widely. Inspired by its fresh approach, they promoted it through webinars and testimonial videos, and funded it through both L&D and individual P&Ls to encourage organic growth.
Every participant interviewed said they would join another Collab. Leaders reported feeling more confident in decision-making, more at ease with vulnerability, and better at generating and shaping ideas. They also spoke about expanding their networks and finding new ways to solve challenges.
