Martin Erkens - CEO - Roche

“Ginny definitely pushed me to move beyond my comfort zone and expand the possibilities – helping me to step over boundaries, and do things that I would definitely not have been able to do without her.  She has the skill of inspiring people to do things they themselves don’t believe they are able to do.

It was a perfect match at the right time. I wouldn’t be where I am today without Ginny.”

Ian Pain - CFO - Isio Group

"Ginny has a great talent to ask the probing questions that on the one hand border on uncomfortable self-realisation and on the other start to lift the veil of the appreciation of how historic behaviour has negatively influenced others whilst opening the possibility for improved leadership styles and opportunities. Leadership coaching is not rocket science - but neither is it one size fits all. Ginny has the skills and experience to draw out the potential.

Rich Curno - Director - New Local

One of Ginny's greatest strengths lies in her ability to connect the demands of a role with my own natural strengths and preferences. Through her coaching, I’ve developed a deeper understanding that evolving in a role isn’t about fitting into a predefined mould, but about bringing my unique expertise and perspective to the table. This has not only helped me navigate immediate challenges but has also equipped me with the tools to continue growing into a more effective leader. I am deeply grateful for her support and consistent challenge to become the best version of myself in my professional life.

Moses & Bex Okotel, Child of Hope, Uganda

“Ginny has been our coach, our mentor, our cheer-leader, our counsellor and our friend.    We have laughed together, cried together and rejoiced together. it is hard to recognize the Child of Hope today from when we first started our coaching sessions. The organisation has grown from a team of about 15 to more than 40 staff. The number of children has grown from just over 100 to more than 300. Our funding has almost tripled and our reputation is growing too“

Sharon Daniel - Executive Director - Hywell Dda UHB

Working with Ginny was a game-changer. She was challenging but fair, gently pushing me beyond my comfort zone while always creating a space of respect and reflection. Her flexibility never strayed from the focus of our work, and the practical tools she shared showed just how broad and insightful her knowledge is. I left each session not only more equipped, but more grounded in who I am as a leader.

Suzanne Ostrander - VP - Prothena

Ginny was fantastic at guiding me what I wanted, understanding my behaviours, and keeping me focused on the changes that I needed to make. There were many times that I wanted her to just give me the answers, and she was great about coaching me to find my own solutions. She is genuine, warm, and firm. I now have a framework that sets the path for my career and I'm now in a job that aligns perfectly with my goals, values, and skills.

"There's so much I want to get to, I need to make the space to do it - that feels really hard"

"I want to stop replaying conversations in my head at midnight wondering if I handled it right."

"I want to stop carrying other people's shit for them but I don't know how"

"I want to say the thing I'm actually thinking in a meeting instead of the PC version."

"I need people to genuinely listen to me without having to fight for it"

We're not going to be working on 'can you do the job?' - that's not the issue. Here're some of the things we might work on...

There's no getting away from it, leadership is building relationships, the higher up you go the more this is true - you have to get good at this if you need more headspace and time to do your job.

Space to Think. Tools to Act.

We go straight to the thing that matters most. Sometimes that's the problem you came with. Sometimes it's the one underneath it you hadn't seen yet.

You're unlikely to have much spare time so we work at pace, until something shifts. There'll be quick wins, stuff you can act on straight away and some things will take a little longer.

Either way, the sense of someone having your back, not being on your own in this and having a place to take the gnarly stuff to, will be immediate.

If you are, understandably, stuffing an agenda to get as much done as possible, let me help you. We will identify what you really want and need to get from the day and innovative ways to get that which won't leave everyone battered by the agenda (and eager for the next time).

You'll still deliver it, I will be your secret weapon behind the scenes!

My talks and chairing style are designed to spark thinking - they're interactive and lively. Bringing in ideas from outside in a way that people engage and discuss is an essential part of innovation and thinking differently for an organisation.

Build the Skills No One Teaches

There's the book stuff you can learn, then there's the stuff in the moment which is less obvious. How do you get your point over when you are trying not to get emotional, when someone is once again being what feels like intentionally difficult - how do you get good at those conversations. Then there's changing the story of how you are viewed in the org, dealing with fragmented energy and demands and educating the people around you that things are changing.

Start the Conversation

If you’re carrying the weight of leadership, or looking for space to think clearly and act with intention, coaching might be exactly what you need.

No pressure. No performance. Just a grounded conversation about where you are, and where you want to go.
