I’ve always been aware of the impact of leaders; on themselves and the people around them.
I know what it’s like to try to move forward on your ideas and have politics, pressure, personal triggers and other people ‘get in the way’.
I also know how challenging it can be to work in environments where self-awareness isn’t prioritised.
But leadership doesn’t have to feel like a battle.

1990's
First business at 19, working in property then finance, leading to equities broking in Hong Kong. Moved back to UK, and a career in coaching in 1997/8
2000s
Taught on faculty at CoachInc, the largest coach training organisation in the world for five years. Accredited as a Master Certified Coach, one of first outside of USA.
Moved from London to Wales
2005–2010
Expanded influence and industry knowledge. Mentored, chaired panels, MC’d conferences, and contributed to the wider coaching community as a thought leader. Committed to consistent exposure to new ideas of change and ways of thinking.
2010s
Expanding client base: Designed and delivered best independently rated change programme for Welsh Government. Worked extensively with big pharma, logistics, finance, NHS and global media
2020's
Completed PG Systemic & Psychodynamic Consulting Approaches to Organisations (Tavistock). Bringing deeper insight to complex leadership challenges and organisational systems.
Recent Years
Founded Drum: the world’s first business focused on how people meet. Innovating the way leaders collaborate, communicate, and build trust.
And now?
Coaching leaders across the UK, Europe, USA & Asia. Emphasis on supporting leaders to amplify their own identity and ways of working as most consistently sustainable way of working for them and those around them.
