Strengthening your leadership through grounded & experience-led coaching
I've come from property business owner to international stockbroker to MCC leadership coach, with some waiting tables in between.

I live in the Black Mountains in Wales with my family. My talented friend Hester Marriott took these incredible photos, she's part of my tribe to whom I owe so much
Hi, I'm Ginny.
I've always been attracted to business, I had holiday jobs and started work as soon as I left school, choosing not to go to university or travelling after school - much of that came later.
My first experience of leadership was when I was made a manager at 19 and then shouted at for completely failing to deliver on anything. I literally did not know what I was doing when it came to having people report to me (who all thought I was a muppet!). I got better!
Moving into corporate finance and stockbroking later exposed me to different styles of leadership. What people got away with was breathtaking when I look back on it now, there was a lot of ignorance in the system. I was coming home drunk, depressed or in tears or an unattractive combination of all three and I literally did not know what to do. I thought stockbroking would be my dream job offering money, prestige and safety – and none of those things were true. Knowing what I know now I can see a total ignorance of what it means to be a leader - this forms much of the foundation for why I do what I do.
I hired a coach to get me out – it was 5th December 1997. I will never forget the experience of being fundamentally listened to, without agenda and being taken seriously. My subsequent coach training has been intensive and rigorous; this early blueprint is a powerful inspiration in so much of my work (thank you Rachel Pryor)
I’ve worked with global leaders through to small business leaders. A commonality they all share is they are trying their very best to be the best they can, often under intense pressure, both internally and externally. No-one is going to work thinking 'I'll slack off today', it's full on.
