Clients often come with something acute they need quick action on and also want to build stronger leadership foundations. Current themes are handling different 'characters' at senior level, inspiring teams to step up, dealing with stakeholders, difficult situations and longer term sustainability in the business.

Facilitation - design support and delivery
I can work from scratch either supporting you to deliver for the impact you want to have or do it for you. Online needs a different approach to in-person and in-person needs to deliver much more than it used to. I've got modern approaches to making sure everyone is not only engaged but contributing and progressing the agendas you want covered.

If you are bringing a group of leaders in a meeting, and you want to make sure they get the most out of their time together talk to me. I’ll support the group to set strong intentions, avoid rabbit holes, not step over conflict and challenge and learn from the process.
I can also support post development learning in groups – where they need to embed what they did on the course.

Skills workshops and masterclasses
Shifting how you have leartn to manage and lead can be tricky. You'll have ideas on what you'd like to try but you might need language and skill support to do it. It can also help to know what are the bear traps that will scupper your attempts and put you off. There are a range of topics from performance reviews, better meetings, what to do when you get triggered, dealing wiht 'difficult' staff and coaching your team to step up.

On-line Meetings
You may want an overhaul of your meeting culture or to zero in on one meeting you really want to change. I've done research that shows up to 70% of people rely on meetings to be dull so they can get other work done. If you lead regular online meetings and want better engagement and to feel confident in getting the best from your time let's talk.

Speaking/fresh thinking sessions
My talks are interactive; they seek to provoke thinking and are structured to encourage discussion in the session. The aim is to consider everyday leadership challenges like leading virtually, playing politics, working with ‘tricky’ people, and be stimulated to think about them differently.
These can be on-line or in person and tend to be an hour in length and occasionally up to 90 minutes. They’re intended to be easy to arrange and access for the people involved.
