ONE OFF PERFORMANCE COACHING SESSIONS FOR MULTIPLE EMPLOYEES

It is surprising how very effective a one off session can be.  We are hired by companies who want to offer real support for more of their staff when long term coaching may not be an option.   The team will each work with up to 5 coachees a day so in three days a team of three can cover 45 people.  Clients report a boost in morale, real, useful changes in behaviour and a strong sense that their organisation cares about them. 

TEAM DEVELOPMENT

Not only do teams work better together as a result of the work we do with them but they also get strong input on vision, strategy, marketing and planning and actually taking the action they need to.   It's a punchy combination of coaching, development and mentoring.
