ONE-TO-ONE COACHING This is delivered either by telephone or face to face or a combination of the two, whichever is appropriate for the coachee situation. Ginny was trained, trained others and has been working by telephone for over twelve years. She often advocates the use of the telephone over face to face as stronger value for the client through more expedient, inviting greater directness, better budgetry value and not being geographically sensitive. ONE OFF PERFORMANCE COACHING SESSIONS FOR MULTIPLE EMPLOYEES It is surprising how very effective a one off session can be. Ginny is hired by companies who want to offer real support for more of their staff when long term coaching may not be an option. Ginny and her team will work with up to 5 coachees a day so in three days a team of three can cover 45 people. Clients report a boost in morale, real, useful changes in behaviour and a strong sense that their organisation cares about them. WIDER PROGRAMMES Ginny works with a great team and has experience of collaborating to deliver programmes with a wider reach than just coaching. For instance she is coaching in a change programme across Wales with thirty individuals with leadership workshop and action learning sets elements. SPEAKING Ginny speaks in an informal style and likes to be interactive with her audience. She speaks in areas of toxic effects of office politics, the unwitting influencers inside organisations, assertiveness and how the individual can increase their influence and impact for everyone's benefit.
