It can be the case that coachees tell their coachesthe truth in a way they feel uncomfortabletelling their organisation.
Coaching is widely used in the corporate world and there's more value to be created for the company as well as the coachee. Coaches hear the truth from their coachees. Sometimes these are uncomfortable truths. These are truths the sponsoring organization rarely gets to hear, and they need to.
It is no longer acceptable for a company to invest in coaching for their staff and be unable to understand the wider benefits. These could support them solve problems, grow and innovate with their people and their results.
This is where Ginny can help. Working with the sponsor company she'll bring out the barriers to straight talking and help the sponsors to develop creatively and safely. The end result of this is to encourage more open communication between them and their people. It is not the responsibility of the coach to report back on the coachee's conversations. However, the coach can help the company make space for the things they need to hear.
