Previously involved in international stockbroking, Ginny Baillie is an extremely experienced Master Certified Coach.  From a career working in Asia, supporting the Nepalese to develop a stock exchange index, amongst other experiences, to developing people in responsible positions Ginny is known for her straight forward approach, with developments strongly applicable immediately in the business place.

She taught for five years on the faculty of CoachU, the largest coach training company in the world and was certified by them as a mentor coach for new coaches.   She is one of only 18 MCCs in the UK.

Ginny works with coaches all over the world.  She and her team have an extensive background in business and development.   From presidents of the International Coach Federation to CEO's of organisations they have applicable, useful experiences to be able to coach and mentor strongly.
