Ginny was an early adopter of coaching in the UK, twelve years ago, when coaching was at embryonic stages of being taken on by business.  Moving out of international stock-broking, Ginny’s work as a coach has taken her into all areas and levels of organisational life.  

She also taught for five years on the faculty of CoachU, the largest coach training company in the world and was certified by them as a mentor coach for new coaches.   She is one of only 18 MCCs in the UK.

Recently Ginny was selected to the NHS CEO, Chair and Executive Coaching Panel, one of 25 coaches selected from 1,100 expressions of interest.

In addition to face to  face work, she has worked extensively on the telephone, both in the UK and internationally, not only one on one with clients, but coaching small groups and teaching to larger virtual classrooms.
